Drowning thoughts weigh more than the unfathomable weight of the world, take a step back and let them not break you for a spine is replaced not.

Contemplating a step though weak are you with shaky bones, sit down and relax as you gather the strength to master the task at foot.

When you feel distant and far-flung into fantasies, slap yourself back to reality by accepting what’s happening around you.

Don’t let clout be a debate with self since the societal pressure has got to you, remind yourself of the sacrifices you need to make to achieve your comfort.

Stick to your guts even though indecisiveness creeps in and threats to sabotage your stance.

Accept that there’s always a challenge that needs overcoming, though not all are ment to be engaged in.

I seem to lack one thing or rather another, though positive for I am whole and not weary.
Ave grown to appreciate the spark that twinkles deep inside those smiling eye, underneath that worn out wrinkly face.
Settling for less while working to the last ounce of strength, just to make someone proud and feel the sacrifice.
Acidity levels choking my insides as I salivate at the thought of a meal I onces called a pass on.
The fear of consequences, that seem to have me place myself on others shoes.
Dehydrated body beat up as the air that’s freely given to us flows in like hot soup and out my nostrils dry
Daydreaming of the day I’ll take a vacation from myself, at the white sandy beach with a beautiful view, while the waves sway like a Latin lady’s hips dancing to salsa.
I seek answers to questions unknown to me
Staring at the horizon and always alert at the slight startle, as if expecting something or someone who’ll change my days perspective.
All isn’t lost for life still flows through me, despite the constant thought of that unwelcomed sprawling bullet making its way through my now hollowed skull..

In conclusion though it never ends.
Needless to say, but forget to place a full stop for what’s said after indeed needed not be said.
This comes from a place of love, why does it have to be accompanied by hateful or rather bitter words?
Let me not lie to you, hold on ” so I’ve been receiving half truths all along?”
Since you started it you’ve forced my hand, just relax and let it end there.
I just want to quickly point out that.., well well well someone is social distancing themselves just Incase it backfires.
No offense but… A spew of offenses ensues.
I don’t know if I we’re you I’d.. well we differ and so does our approach.
Let me be upfront with you, clarity is a great way to make things easier I must say.
Whether on or off the record did some things have to be said?
I had a dream that you and I.. Am sure most of it is purely thought out not dreamt.
Don’t take this the wrong way but.. which other way should one take it?
Let’s not beat around the bush, it’s already bit and the outcome is but a few words away.
Slow your roll you have your whole life ahead of you, substituted to you have a few good years.

A source of hope
To the thirsty it’s a quenching fountain

Cause of breakdown in tears, as it is the breakthrough of faith to fight your fears
Communication with a higher being, despite the knowledge that He knows it all
A river cruised towards deliverance
A physical, emotional,mental and spiritual chain breaker
Voice of hope to those in need
Grand faith healing for all who seem to have reached an end.
An agreement between you and your maker
Detailed are the instructions to life
A talk between The Almighty and His people
The spiritual nourishment to safe guard your soul
Light to shine bright you dark path
Security to keep you safe in times of trouble or rather lack thereof.
Roof to shelter, walls to protect and foundation to hold us steady.
A tool to mend our thoughts
Scripture to restore what’s broken
Debatable to the no believers, but let that not fuel your anger.
For it contains clarity to inform us of what’s expected of you and I.
Facts on how to approach every other situation
A love guide to help you make an informed decision
Warnings worth heeding or else there will be wrath to follow
Inspiration worth it’s weight in this materialistic world
A mode of holistic transport, for we are moved by it’s content
Prayer to draw us closer to our maker

To beat death is to be alive
Embrace the music, feel the notes and cast your desires to the shadows
Close your eyes and let your senses wonder
Make that call which will free you from that volcanic anger.

Be nice to everyone and never step on anyone’s toes
Not all struggles are met with a successful end.
Limit your expectations for if the outcome surpasses them, that’s a reason to enjoy.
Let patience be your portion, and over spend not on what’s not at hand.
